Tough class (weights used) for light weight person like me. The instructor was attentive and adjusted the routine accordingly to ensure I didnt injure myself so still made the most out of the class.

Build Program

Build classes are part of our BUILD 6 week program. Focused on all muscle movements such as squats, deadlifts and press.

Boxing

Distance yourself from your daily grind with a workout that will strengthen your body, builds hand-eye coordination and discipline.

Cardio

Using different intervals of cardio and strength you will burn fat and build lean muscle

Functional

Hit the body with a healthy dose of strength training incorporating short intervals with strategic recovery periods
