When you arrive check in with one of our trainers to get your temp checked. They will point you downstairs to the lockers and showers to stash your gear. Depending on your class of choice you will be directed to one of our 3 levels to warm up. Our instructors will take you through the class and make sure you are guided through your workout.
Before we kick off the warm-up, we suggest grabbing a towel and filling up your water bottles you will need it. Our trainers will get your blood pumping with a fast and furious cardio warm up. Then we’ll smash out the rounds, switching sides until you’re done. Each level the workouts have a different focus. Boxing could be 10 high intensity rounds, Lift or shred are more circuit styled and build are more rep based but either way our trainers are with you at every stage to keep your technique on, your energy up and you hitting goals.
We provide luxury extras to help you work out and get out. Our bathrooms are stocked with Asop products to freshin up while you shower.
A combination of cardio, strength and technique – all our classes uses every single muscle in your body. Our trainers will teach you how to throw a punch, squat, deadlift with perfect technique all while building your stamina and endurance. We’ll get you in the zone, and keep you there from the first warm up to the last lift. Once your’e part of the Savage Squad, you’ll never look back.
