6 Week challenge costs $390

SIX WEEK PROGRAM – [ BUILD ]

This program is additional to our regular classes. Run in the basement of our gym in the strength training zone we have 9 additional classes each week with a max of 8 people per class.  With a focus on technique your first two weeks will about learning how to lift with correct form, once technique is perfect you will be ready to add more weight and build lean muscle. We pride ourselves on small classes and extra 1:1 time with the trainer and member.

With loads of nutrition and supplement advice we guarantee results will come quick, to measure your lean muscle gains and body fat loss we suggest a body scan at the beginning and end of you six weeks.

As part of the program you must attend 3 of the below classes per week then add  in any additional classes from our schedule each week

6 WEEK PROGRAM – [ SHRED ]

The Shred program is designed to help you lean up and burn extra body fat while building lean muscle. We suggest you attend as any of our 50 plus classes as you can each week. With nutrition and supplements advice you have the basis to lean up quick – adding in limiting alcohol and sugar over the 6 weeks results will be amplified.

With loads of classes such as Boxing, Shred, TRX, Metcon, Lift and Core you will shred that unwanted body fat in no time
