6 WEEK PROGRAMS
Each six weeks we transform our members bodies and lives by helping them build lean muscle and burn body fat.
We run two programs each 6 weeks SHRED which is focused on leaning up and burning body fat while building lean muscle. Members are motivated to attend as many classes as they can over the 6 weeks. We run BUILD which is more structured with smaller group classes where we teach the group to lift with correct technique. The focus is to build strong hard bodies with lifts such as squats, dead lifts, press and pull ups.
BUILD SIX WEEK PROGRAM
Run in the basement of our gym in the strength training zone we have 9 classes each week with a max of 8 people per class. We pride ourselves on small classes and extra 1:1 time with the trainer and member. With a focus on technique your first two weeks will about learning how to lift with correct form, once technique is perfect you will be ready to add more weight and build lean muscle.
With loads of nutrition and supplement advice we guarantee results will come quick, to measure your lean muscle gains and body fat loss we suggest a body scan at the beginning and end of you six weeks.
